Your Milkdot product on arrival should be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All defective items must be returned for inspection and will be replaced at our discretion. Damages caused by normal wear (i.e., zipper wear) and the natural breakdown of materials, accidents, improper care or use do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

We don't recommend this. However, should you decide to use a washing machine to wash your Stöh lunch tote, place the lunch bag in a pillow case to protect the milkdot logo from getting scratched in the washer. Use cold water and gentle cycle settings and allow to air dry only. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any damages to the product as a result of using a washing machine.
