Chiro, aka chilly, wants to save his short-tailed chinchilla cousins high in the Andes Mountains from greedy plump witches who trap the chinchillas for their ultra soft fur. Chiro is cunning and smart and lures the greedy plump witches away from the mountains with 300 mouthwatering flavors of ice cream. The greedy witches become so round, they can no longer climb up the mountain.
